ICE cotton futures market fluctuates weakly

ICE cotton futures market fluctuated weakly. Contract of May closed at 66.83cent/lb, down 0.07cent/lb and contract of Jul closed at 67.99cent/lb, down 0.11cent/lb. According to USDA, the U.S. cotton planting areas intend to be 9.867 million acres, down from 11.182 million acres last year.

Cotlook A Index reduced by 0.25cent/lb to 78.90cent/lb.
