China PE plant maintenance schedule from Mar-Jun

Recently, many PE plants in China have started their spring maintenance, leading to a noticeable decline in the operating rate. Some plants have completed maintenance while some are scheduled to have turnaround by turns.

On Mar 25, the PE plant operating rate is at 83.95%, with a total maintenance capacity of 4.18 million tons.
