Siris printing and dyeing clusters project put into production

On October 31, Siris printing and dyeing clusters project was put into production in the printing and dyeing gathering area of Shaoxing Keqiao Economic and technological Development Zone.

The Siris printing and dyeing clusters are formed by three companies: Siris, Huashen textile finishing and Dushu printing and dyeing, which is one of the five printing and dyeing groups settled in Keqiao printing and dyeing gathering area. It is understood that after the project is put into production, it will form an annual production capacity of 10,000tons of yarn and 106,800tons (392 million meters) of printed and dyed fabric, with annual sales revenue of nearly 1 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 200 million yuan.

On the "intelligent printing and dyeing" platform of the clusters, it has the functions of production intelligent monitoring, intelligent production scheduling, intelligent dyeing and so on. After the platform is put into operation, the production efficiency will increase by 30%, and labor costs and energy consumption may reduce by about 20%.
