China's retail sales of textiles and garments in Aug 2021

China's retail sales value of consumer goods totaled 3.4395 trillion Yuan in Aug 2021, up 2.5% year on year. Of the total, retail sales of garments, footwear, hats and knitwear scored at 90 billion Yuan in Aug, down 6% year on year.

During Jan to Aug, the retail sales of consumer goods amounted to 28.1224 trillion Yuan, up 18.1% year on year. Of the total, retail sales of garments, footwear, hats and knitwear scored at 856.5 billion Yuan in Jan-Aug, up 24.8% year on year.

In Aug, the retail sales of garments of enterprises above designated size was 62.9 billion Yuan, down 7.6% year on year; that in Jan to Aug amounted to 615.4 billion Yuan, up 27.5% year on year.
