China: NDRC announces to allocate 200kt of sliding-scale duty quotas

The National Development and Reform Commission announced officially on July 31 that 200kt of sliding-scale duty quotas would be allocated.

The quotas are all for non-state owned trade quotas and are limited to import under the processing trade terms.
