ICE May cotton contract lowered further. Contract of May closed at 92.18cent/lb, down 1.16cent/lb and contract of Jul closed at 92.12cent/lb, down 1.00cent/lb. The continued firmness of US dollars restrained cotton prices.
Cotlook A Index reduced by 1.05cent/lb to 97.85cent/lb.
