Nov 2023 industrial production down 0.3% MoM in euro area, 0.2% in EU

Seasonally-adjusted industrial production decreased by 0.3 per cent in the euro area and by 0.2 per cent in the European Union (EU) in November last year compared with October, according to estimates from EU statistical office Eurostat.

Industrial production decreased by 0.7 per cent month on month (MoM) in the euro area and by 0.5 per cent MoM in the EU in October last year.

It decreased by 6.8 per cent year on year (YoY) in the euro area and by 5.8 per cent YoY in the EU during November last year, an Eurostat release said.
