Vietnam issues the results of mid-term review of polyester filament yarn during the anti-dumping period

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution 2866/QD-BCT on November 1, 2023, issuing the results of the first examination of anti-dumping measures on polyester filament yarns imported from China, India, Indonesia and Malaysia, amending the anti-dumping duties of some enterprises, valid until October 12, 2026, except where the Ministry of Industry and Trade makes other modification decisions or extensions in accordance with the law on the examination of applications for anti-dumping measures.
