Fujian Wanjing's 300kt/year BDO project approved by environmental assessment

On March 19, the Environmental impact report of Fuzhou Wanjing New Materials Hydrogen Energy Utilization and Fully Degraded New Materials Project (Phase I) was publicized before it was submitted for approval.

Fuzhou Wanjing New Materials Hydrogen Energy Utilization and Fully Degradable New Materials Project (Phase I) is located in the western Chemical Zone, Fuqing Jiangyin Port City Economic Zone, Fuzhou, covering an area of 96715m², with a total investment of 6.09181 billion yuan.

The main construction contents include: 400kt/year n-butane maleic anhydride plant (gas separation unit) and 300kt/year 1,4-BDO plant, incinerator unit, intermediate tank farm, product tank area and out-of-plant transportation pipeline. Some of the public and auxiliary projects rely on the existing projects or proposed projects of the enterprises in the land of Fujian Zhongjing Science and Technology Park.

The total investment of the project is 6.09181 billion yuan. The average annual operating income of the project is 12.09224 billion yuan, the total annual profit of the project is 1.38617 billion yuan, the average annual income tax during the operation period is 346.54 million yuan, and the average annual net profit is 1.03963 billion yuan.
