Brazil makes anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on Chinese man-made fiber knitted fabrics

On February 17, 2017, the Executive Committee of the Foreign Trade Commission of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Brazil (GECEX) issued Resolution No. 7 of 2017 in the Official Gazette, making an affirmative final ruling on the anti-dumping sunset review investigation of Chinese man-made fiber knitted fabrics, and decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duty of US$4.10/kg until February 17, 2022. On February 17, 2022, the Brazilian Secretary of Foreign Trade issued notice No. 9 of 2022 in the Federal Government Gazette, saying that in response to the application submitted by the Brazilian Textile and Apparel Industry Association, it initiated the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation against man-made fiber knitted fabrics originating in China.
