Project historic development

On July 7, 2019, Hengyi Group and Qinzhou Municipal Government signed an investment cooperation agreement on high-end green chemical fiber integration project in Nanning.

Hengyi Qinzhou high-end green chemical fiber integrated project is located in Qinzhou Petrochemical Park, and the two phases of the project covers a total area of 2500 mu. Hengyi Group will build "Belt and Road partnership" cross-regional cooperation and ASEAN-oriented high-end green chemical fiber integration project in Qinzhou Port, and caprolactam-nylon, PTA-polyester and other sub-projects, with a total investment of about 45 billion yuan.

After the overall completion, it is estimated that the annual output value will be about 50 billion yuan and the tax revenue will be about 4.5 billion yuan.

The CPL-PA6 project uses benzene as raw material, and the products of Brunei Refining and Chemical Project can be transported to Qinzhou Petrochemical Park as raw materials, as complementary advantages and resource sharing, and promote the cooperation between the petrochemical industries of the two places.

While realizing the linkage between upstream and downstream, at home and abroad, Hengyi relies on the Brunei Economic Corridor, the new land and sea channel to the west of the Pinglu Canal in Guangxi, that is, "one corridor, two ports", and develops "Belt and Road partnership" in depth, and will build a "dual-base" construction pattern of Hengyi Brunei refining and chemical integration and Qinzhou high-end green chemical fiber integration, and further carry out cross-border cooperation of green petrochemical industry chain.
