Xinjiang Weigerui Biotechnology pushes forward 240KTA PBAT/PBS project

Xinjiang Weigerui Biotechnology Co., Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Lanshan Tunhe) is actively pushing forward the 240kta polyester biodegradable resin PBAT/PBS project with a total investment of 1.87 billion yuan.

The first phase of the project includes two biodegradable polymer production lines with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons each, and is expected to be put into production in June, 2023. The second phase also includes two 60kta lines, which are expected to be completed in September.
