CNCRC: the first batch of 2022 state cotton reserves to end

The first batch of 2022 state cotton reserves will be suspended by Nov 11, 2022. The second batch of state cotton reserves will be based on cotton market regulation and new cotton procurement, according to the announcement released by China National Cotton Reserves Corporation on Nov 9, 2022.
