CNOOC Ningbo Daxie petrochemical starts up new PP plant

The 300kt/year PP plant of CNOOC Ningbo Daxie petrochemical has been put into trial run successfully in late Jul and has been put into commercial production on Aug 30, and it is now running for 1102K.
