Fujian Henghai New Materials holds the opening ceremony of establishment

On December 28, 2021, Fujian Henghai New Materials Co., Ltd. held the opening ceremony of the establishment of the company and the land formation of the project.

Fujian Henghai New Materials Co., Ltd. is jointly funded and established by Tongkun Group and Gulei Petrochemical, with registered capital at 3.5 billion Yuan and mainly engaged in the production and sales of differential, functional, ultra-fine denier, highly simulated chemical fibers, the R&D of differential fiber, the import and export of commodities and technology etc.

It plans to invest 2.4 million tons/year of new intelligent functional fiber and 200kt/year of DTY differential fiber project in Gulei, with a total investment of more than 10 billion yuan, a new construction land of 1500 mu, new polyester integrated installation area, PTA library and supporting EG tank area, heat exchange station, product warehouse, control center, comprehensive library, three-dimensional garage and other construction (structure) project of about 1.3 million square meters, 8 sets of polyester production units and 100 sets of DTY machines. It will be supported by auxiliary packaging materials workshop, utilities and auxiliary facilities, using advanced technologies such as large-capacity flexible polymerization, polyester melting direct spinning, on-line addition of copolymer blending, intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, to form a scale with an annual output of 2.4 million tons of new intelligent functional fiber and 200kt/year of intelligent functional DTY fiber. After the project reaches production, it will achieve an operating income of about 18 billion yuan and employ more than 4,000 new workers.
