3)      Instructions for returning faulty goods

Generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office and EMS rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. Normally it will take 7-15 days to return goods to us by Post Office or EMS.
