DP 717B REINFORCED FLEXIBLE RAPIER LOOM
FEATURES:
1) Transmission: the independent motor drives the central axle directly. The crankshaft
is driven or stopped by triangle belt through MC 50 solenoid clutch and double
chain wheel
2) Reed width: 1,800-3,600mm
3) Crankshaft velocity: 130-220r/m
4) Power: 1.3-1.5kW
5) Weft and warp breakage shut down device (warp motion stop device shall be
supplied by user)
6) Weft selection device: 6-color weft, driven by figurehead or multi-arm unit or
unit or by independent weft selection device
7) Warp alxe disc diameter (option) 600mm max., fabric winding diameter 350mm
8) Crankshaft diameter 45mm, for rolling shaft base
9) Shedding motion: the shedding motion of the machine is TK 212 type . The figure
loom is vertical shaft type with fully open shuttle port. The motion of the looms
