Feature
1. When cylinder descends,rubber mold will closely press against shoe cover quarter. Then shoe cover is softened and shaped by heating. The rubber mold is made from silica gel material,which has a long performance life.
2. The external shape of aluminum mold and the internal shape of rubber mold is specially designed,which tallies with the shape of shoe quarter tree.
3. The pincer catch is mobile and adjustable, which makes shoe cover,main heel and inner leather level. The upper mold is pressed downward to achieve good make-up effect.
4. The aluminum mold and rubber mold are both heated. The bonding pressure, temperature and time are all adjustable.
