【Product Introduction】
This product is mainly used for scouring and bleaching of cotton yarn and cotton fabric at 98-110 degree, high temperature and low alkali, neutralization-free and fast bleaching. While obtaining ideal whiteness and wool effect, the pH value of scouring and bleaching residue can be controlled to near neutral 7 , which can reduce the number of subsequent water washing, eliminate the neutralization process and achieve the purpose of shortening the process flow, saving water and electricity.
【Product Features】
1. It has the activating effect of hydrogen peroxide, which can promote the effective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, and significantly improve the whiteness and wool effect of treated fabrics;
2. It has the stabilizing effect of hydrogen peroxide, which can control the ineffective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and reduce the strong damage to the fabric;

【Instructions】
High temperature and low alkali neutralization-free rapid scouring and bleaching process:
11112 LB 1.0-1.5%
Caustic soda (solid) 0.5-1.0% (about one-tenth of the amount of hydrogen peroxide)
25-30% hydrogen peroxide 5.0-10.0%
Chelating dispersant 0-1.0%
Water ratio 1:10, 2-3degree/min heating up, 98*30min or 110*15min, draining, deoxidizing, and dyeing.
