The machine adopts toothless variable speed case. So it is a plastics extrusion machine with high efficiency, low noise and energy conservation. The screw stem and feed cylinder have high hardness and resistance to corrosion, because they are made of alloy steel with high quality, treated by nitrification, and finely processed. The machine has many advantages, such as large major diameter ratio of screw stem, uniform temperature distributing, intensive capability to plasticize and full meeting of saw material. So the blown plastic film is even, smooth and bright. It has synchronous control system of multiple motors; the rotating speed may be adjusted freely. The temperature is controlled automatically, and the material flowing is straightway. Blowing cooling has high efficiency.
