After years of manufacturing, we have established a strict quality control system that ensures our products are well produced, safely developed and systematically inspected.

Starting from incoming inspection, every piece of raw material is carefully inspected by different methods. And un-qualified raw materials will be eliminated and returned by deviations of colors, sizes, measurements, weight, dirtiness, functional and chemical tolerance etc.

The eliminated raw material will be recorded and labeled at a designated area for returning. So the mix of qualified and un-qualified goods can be prevented from happing. The purchaser and supplier will be notified about the evaluation of the raw material after the incoming inspection. The corrective actions will be taken and monitored by purchaser and supplier for better delivery. If the problems are not resolved within a reasonable timetable, the elimination of supplier will be taken into consideration.

Of course, the inspector of the incoming inspection is also evaluated for his or her performance monthly.

The workers are periodically educated about the awareness of the product quality. And the only skillful and responsible workers are selected for production. Every assembly line comes long with two QCs, checking and monitoring the production process, twice per hour, making sure the working flow is moving smoothly, safely and systematically. .

The defect ones are identified and collected on site and distributed into colored and labeled containers for elimination. The defect rate is recorded and goes with every individual worker as his or her daily performance. The individual performance will be accumulated and calculated monthly as an evaluation. The workers come with the performance at the button of the list will be either retrained or placed with new workers who are capable of performing a better job.

The sharp metal instruments such as working needles, screwers, knife and scissors are strictly controlled and tracked daily.  The needle detector machines are ready for whatever needed to be inspected. So the accidents will be prevented from selling products to the consumers in the markets. As a result, the recall will not happen.

Moving forward into the final inspection, base on the incoming inspection, the final inspection is taking extra consideration on workmanship, packaging and safety issues, especially on children's products.  The sampling process is strictly executed according to AQL standard.

Again, the inspector of the final inspection is also evaluated for his or her performance monthly.
