-BC-296 This machine is used to get quickly fasten effect after shoe lasting. It uses the high temperature steam and dry hot air to shften and shape the vamp.
-With the digital temperature controller, it can adjust to the best temperature according to the shoe material.
-The heating room used the inner recycle structure to increase the vamp lasting speed and also to save the electrical energy.
With steam controller, it can adjust the steam easily.
-Special type stainless steel iron chamber using the hot air and steam high speed convection to eliminate the vamp inner stress and make it stick to upper better. It throughly changes the traditional hot-shaping techniques, which uses the heat tube to roast directly to the shoes upper, It prevent from destroying the flexibility and polish of the original leather.
-It uses the pneumatic pump to drive the stainless belt and the step speed can be adjusted accurately.
