Types of yarn PorelTM: Spinning and blending with modal fiber, bamboo fiber, combed cotton, viscose and so on (21S, 26S, 32S, 40S).
The attention of using PorelTM yarn
Thanks for using PorelTM yarn, please note:
1 Weave: Because the shrinking percentage of PorelTM fiber and yarn is about 10% when they dyeing or finishing (The temperature below 140°C), the shrinking percentage different between PorelTM fiber of yarn and cotton, viscose or other fiber should take careful consideration when they are weaved, and a reasonable process should be prepared.
2 Dyeing: PorelTM fiber Dyed with the disperse dye by HT and HP technology. However, The reduction clearing process is necessary after both of the processes, and the color staining in the fiber channel should be washed off.
3 Setting at a low temperature: The dyeing and setting should be lower than 140°C. The blending of PorelTM yarn and low-temperature spandex is approved. If there is cotton in the blending, the interlinking hydrophilic finishing agent is recommended which can be used in cotton and Polyester.
The cross-section of PorelTM fiber
There are a lot of capillaries in the fiber assembly, and the excellent hydraulic
system is formed with the capillary and the hollow channel. PorelTM can adjust the hydrophilic state of the fiber surface automatically because of the hydrophilic groups
in macromolecules. The moisture and sweat in the skin can be quickly carried away and can regulate body temperature, and increase dry and comfort properties of the human body. Therefore, when wearing a hollow fiber fabric, the human body can maintain a constant temperature, and in heat and moisture balance, regardless of perspiring or the cold temperature outside environment.
PorelTM fiber is different from other similar fibers, and the fiber is soft because of the flexible groups in the macromolecules. And with numerous process parameters optimization, the fiber has good anti-fuzzing and piling property.
