CUSTOMERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES

Ÿ   Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Ÿ   Orders under $100 will be shipped with no signature request on deliver which means UPS will leave your package at your front door in most cases. If package is stolen, we will not be responsible for the package. Please monitor the status on your package on UPS/USPS websites and make sure that someone will be present for the delivery.

Ÿ   Check your package before signing it or accepting it, refuse the package if it looks like it was damage during transit.

Returns & Refunds

If your order is signigicantly not-as-described, faulty or contains the wrong items, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement within 30 days of purchase.

Returning an Item

• For a refund, items must be returned within 3 days upon receipt.
• The returned items must be in their original condition, with the return slip, and all accessories and packaging included, or as advised by our support staff.  
• You will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. Also, return freight is at buyer’s expense.
• For easy depreciated item, depreciation must be considered when refund.
• Please note that do not send faulty goods back without discussing with us. It is very hard for us to handle a package without any necessary order information.
• Used items: you may only return used items if it is not as described within 3 days after item is received.

Instructions for Returning Items

1. Contact our sales representatives first, they will offer you technical help and possible solutions.
2. If the issues are not resolved, we will evaluation your condition and respond to you return is approved or not.
3. If return is approved, Mail the product to us ASAP accompanied with printed approval mail. And you will be responsible for the shipment safety. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, with the return slip, and all accessories and packaging included.
4. You will be informed when we have received the returned products. Options for replacement/service/refund are clarified if available.
5. We will check the goods to verify the claim. Replacements or serviced items are shipped back to the customer via regular air mail, with full tracking details provided. All freight are at buyer’s expense.
