Garment transportation system consists of two systems,control system and perform system.Control system comprised host computer,intelligent position machine and work station terminal.Perform system comprised main transportation line and work station.

Each pcs of garment production,from fabric,once it enter into intelligent garment transport system,it could be identifies design,color,fabric,size and process by host computer,and build all-round database for each garment.The system realized track for each garment by intelligent hanger code.So it will not make process mess and data lost,not matter what reason caused shutdown.Host computer creates daily,weekly and monthly report on every product and worker.Productreport includes finished quality,production cycle and waster quality.Worker  report includes on duty data,production quantity,efficiency and piece wage.The data could be kept for more than 3 months for tracking.This improved management efficiency.

Intelligent position machine controls perform system.It accepts process appointed by host computer,perform system realizes choice of process and full station protect function.Intelligent posotion machine adopts SCM design.It can communicate with host computer by special protocol and accomplish process intelligent choice.

The main transportation line of perform system is combined by oil free chain drive bar and slide-rail.It moved even and no noise.Oil free design meets the production of garment as it avoides oil dirty.Slide-rail adopts seamless stainless tube,guarantees even and decreased abrasion.
