Jiangxi Yisheng Textile to start production on new project of processing 150 million meters of fabrics

Recently, Jiangxi Yisheng Textile Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, has been actively developing a new project that will achieve an annual printing & dyeing capacity of 15 million meters of fabric. The whole project is nearing completion and is set to begin partial operations soon.

The project covers an area of about 27mu, with a total construction area of approximately 56,000 square meters. It plans to purchase over 200 machines, including winding machines, flatbed machines, printing machines, coating machines, and fully automated installations, forming 20 lines for the weaving, dyeing, and finishing of fabrics. It is expected to reach an annual printing & dyeing capacity of 150 million meters of fabrics.

Zhang Shijun, head of the Yisheng Printing & Dyeing Project Department, stated that the phase I of the project mainly produces clothing fabrics and bag fabrics. Currently, about 80% of the equipment has been installed, and production is scheduled to officially start in late March. The facility is expected to process 350,000 meters of textile fabrics daily, with projected daily sales of 1.6 million yuan and an annual output value of approximately 500 million yuan.
