ICE cotton futures market fluctuated weakly. Contract of Mar closed at 68.78cent/lb, down 0.64cent/lb and contract of May closed at 69.88cent/lb, down 0.59cent/lb.

Cotlook A Index rose by 1.3cent/lb to 79.60cent/lb.
