ICE cotton futures market declines

ICE cotton futures market declined. Contract of Mar closed at 69.95cent/lb, down 0.16cent/lb and contract of May closed at 72.25cent/lb, down 0.16cent/lb. The market is waiting for the USDA Dec supply and demand report.
