ICE cotton futures market edged lower after previous day's maximum rise. Contract of Dec closed at 72.16cent/lb, down 0.66cent/lb and contract of Mar closed at 73.69cent/lb, down 0.55cent/lb.
Cotlook A Index rose by 3.0cent/lb to 84.45cent/lb.
