By the week ending Jul 21, 81% of the crops is squaring, up 17% from previous week, up 7% from a year ago, 5% from five-year average, according to USDA. 42% of crops is setting bolls, up 15% from previous week, 8% from a year ago and 8% from five-year average.

Crop condition is 7 percent very poor, 11 percent poor, 29 percent fair, 42 percent good and 11 percent excellent.
