By the week ending Jul 7, 52% of the crops is squaring, up 9% from previous week, up 1% from a year ago, 2% from five-year average, according to USDA. 19% of crops is setting bolls, up 8% from previous week, 4% from a year ago and 4% from five-year average.

Crop condition is 10 percent very poor, 13 percent poor, 32 percent fair, 37 percent good and 8 percent excellent.
