The preliminary ruling of the EU's anti-dumping investigation into PET bottle chip from China has been disclosed, and temporary tariffs will be imposed on Chinese PET bottle chip enterprises. The tax rates for the three mandatory respondents are: Sanfame at 6.6%, Wankai at 10.7%, and China Resources at 17.2%; the average tax rate is 11.1%; and the punitive tax rate is 24.2%.
