Xinjiang spunlace nonwovens industry attracts CCTV’s attention

Recently, the "High-Quality Development Research Journey" organized by the Central Propaganda Department focused on Xinjiang as its theme, and visited Xinjiang Zhongtai Henghui Medical and Health Material Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongtai Henghui"). As the first large-scale spunlace non-woven fabric producer in Northwest China, Zhongtai Henghui relies on the industrial chain advantages of the group company. Zhongtai Group, as the largest cotton processing enterprise of China (with the highest output of lint cotton), owns 1.5 million mu of cotton fields and annual production of 1 million tons of regenerated cellulose fiber. In addition, a 500kt/yr PSF project is under construction. These provide ample support for the production of spunlace nonwovens by Zhongtai Henghui. During the research period, Dai Qinran, the deputy general manager of Zhongtai Henghui, accompanied the research team and accepted an interview.

As the factory with the largest single capacity of "semi-crossing spunlace nonwovens" in China, Zhongtai Henghui only takes about ten minutes to produce non-woven fabric from a package of cotton fiber. Zhongtai Henghui uses high-quality cotton resources in Xinjiang for product innovation, and has launched the nationally unique Minsale®spunlace non-woven fabric, which is softer than cotton and has obtained cotton source traceability certification, with 100% cotton linter, 100% cotton as the source.
