Indonesia launches anti-dumping investigation against Chinese synthetic filament yarns

On September 12, 2023, the Anti-Dumping Committee of Indonesia (KADI) issued a notice with reference number AD.02/682/KADI/09/2023, stating that an anti-dumping investigation has been initiated on Synthetic Filament Yarn originating from China, in response to the application submitted by Indonesian manufacturers PT Asia Pacific FibersT bk. and PT Indorama Synthetics Tbk. on behalf of the Indonesian Synthetic Fiber Producers Association (APSyFI). The Indonesian tariff numbers for the products involved are 5402.33.10, 5402.33.90, 5402.46.10, and 5402.46.90. The notice takes effect from the date of its publication.

Stakeholders should register their response before September 25, 2023.
