Shanxi Lubao delays CPL TA

Shanxi Lubao has delayed its plan to shut the CPL plant for 45-day technical reform to around Sep 15 (originally planned on Sep 5), along with its downstream nylon 6 production.

The CPL plant is designed of 100kt/year capacity and is located in Lucheng, Shanxi province.
