Announcement of partial calcium carbide capacity replacement plan of Guangjin BDO-PBAT integration project

The People's Government of Hainan District, Wuhai City announced the partial calcium carbide capacity replacement plan for the BDO-PBAT new material industry chain integration project (supporting raw materials) of Guangjin New Materials Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the "Wuhai City Coking Calcium Carbide Ferroalloy Industry Capacity Replacement Implementation Measures" and "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission, Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Energy Bureau Amendment <several guarantee="" measures="" to="" ensure="" the="" completion="" of="" "14th="" five-year"="" energy="" consumption="" dual="" control="" target="" task"="" "notice"="" (nei="" fa="" gai="" huan="" zi="" [2022]="" no.="" 1128),="" "wuhai="" guangjin="" new="" material="" co.,="" ltd.="" bdo-pbat="" industry="" chain="" integration="" project="" (supporting="" raw="" materials)="" partial="" calcium="" carbide="" capacity="" replacement="" plan="" "="" will="" be="" publicized.

1. The BDO-PBAT new material industrial chain integration project of Wuhai Guangjin New Material Co., Ltd. shall not start construction without capacity replacement.

2. Wuhai Haixin Chemical Co., Ltd. can provide 124,000 tons of calcium carbide production capacity for the BDO-PBAT new material industry chain integration project according to the 1.25:1 reduction replacement.
