Wanhua Chemical acquires some stake from Yantai Juli

According to the announcement, Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wanhua Chemical") acquired the 47.81% stake in Yantai Juli Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yantai Juli") held by Xinjiang Heshan Dongxu Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) at a price of 1.785 billion yuan. The two parties completed the delivery of the equity on April 28, 2023. After the settlement of the acquisition, Wanhua Chemical and its concerted actor Ningbo Zhongdeng Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Zhongdeng") held a total of 67.81% of Yantai Juli Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.

Yantai Juli has 80kt/year of toluene diisocyanate, gas production, nitric acid and other supporting capacity in Laiyang City of Yantai (production has been suspended). The business scope of Xinjiang Heshan Juli Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Juli") is as follows: toluene diisocyanate 150,000 tons/year, hydrochloric acid 450,000 tons/year, liquid chlorine 280,000 tons/year, dinitrotoluene 177,000 tons/year, o-diaminotoluene 0.36 million tons/year, diaminotoluene 115,000 tons/year, carbonyl chloride 182,000 tons/year, concentrated sulfuric acid 190,000 tons/year, 70% sulfuric acid 30,000 tons/year, nitric acid 280,000 tons/year, 60% nitric acid 150,000 tons/year, sodium hydroxide 100,000 tons/year, sodium hydroxide solution [content≥30%] 470,000 tons/year, ammonia 48,000 tons/year, sulfur 700 tons/year, sodium hypochlorite solution [containing available chlorine > 5%] 6000 tons/year, oxygen [compressed] 1.8×10?
