Rongchang Phase I green intelligent printing and dyeing project will in trial production in July

Since the Conference of High-quality Development for Provinces and Municipalities, Chaoyang District Party Committee and District government have focused on the goal of building innovation demonstration zone of traditional industry in accordance with the plan of Shantou Municipal Party Committee to "establish and invigorate city by industry". The construction of 32 provincial and municipal key projects is speeded up, striving for early completion and production of the project to improve effectiveness and promote the high quality development of the district's economy.

Guangdong Rongchang green intelligent textile printing and dyeing project is divided into four phases. The first phase is the construction of printing and dyeing workshop, the second phase aims to build woven workshop, the third phase is to build knitting workshop, and the fourth phase will be the construction of printing and dyeing workshop for knitted fabric. These four phases of construction are carried out simultaneously. Up to now, ditch sealing of half of the equipment is completed in the second phase. It is expected that the construction of the main building will be finished in October this year, and will be put into trial production in the first half of next year. Phase 3 and Phase 4 are amid foundation digging and are expected to be put into trial production in the second half of next year.

When the project is completed, it will become the first woven fabric textile enterprise in Chaoshan area, and one of the textile enterprises with large scale, strong technical force and high quality brand in eastern Guangdong. It will realize the complete industrial chain from spinning, weaving to printing and dyeing and other links, strengthen Shantou textile and garment industry chain as well as promote the development of textile and garment industry.
