Anta Group plans to recruit 25,000 new employees in 2023

Anta Group recently announced that it plans to recruit 25,000 new employees in 2023, and it will continue to create new employment opportunities for the society with multiple brands and assume corporate social responsibility.

According to the data, Anta Group currently has 59,000 employees, stimulating 200,000 indirect jobs, investing more than 200 million yuan in employee benefits, training and development, and granting more than 10 million shares (worth 1 billion yuan) to five-year long-term incentive plan for key employees. In addition, the number of employees of Anta Group in 2022 increased by 7,000 year-on-year, rising by more than 90% compared to the end of 2019. During the three-year period of the COVID-19 epidemic, Anta Group did not reduce staff and jobs, but created 28,200 direct jobs instead, providing strong support for stable employment.
