China's retail sales of garments and textiles above designated size declined in July' 22

China's retail sales value of consumer goods totaled 3.5870 trillion Yuan in Jul 2022, up 2.7% year on year. Of the total, retail sales of garments, footwear, hats and knitwear scored at 96.43 billion Yuan in Jul, up 0.8% year on year.

During Jan-Jul 2022, the retail sales of consumer goods amounted to 9.643 trillion Yuan, up 0.8% year on year. Of the total, retail sales of garments, footwear, hats and knitwear scored at 723.87 billion Yuan in Jan-Jul, down 5.6% year on year.

In Jul, the retail sales of garments of enterprises above designated size was 67.72 billion Yuan, up 1.3% year on year; that in Jan to Jul amounted to 513.07 billion Yuan, down 6.9% year on year.
