First set of unit in BASF Zhanjiang integration base put into production

According to the BASF official website news, the first set of unit in BASF Zhanjiang integration base was officially put into production. Since then, BASF will increase the annual production of modified engineering plastics by 60kt for the Chinese market, increasing the total capacity of the product in the Asia-Pacific region to 420kt from 2023. The first plant uses 100% renewable energy power, and BASF aims to provide 100% renewable energy power for the entire Zhanjiang integrated base by 2025.
