Shaanxi Yanchang's BDO and PTMEG units start turnaround

Shaanxi Yanchang's 100kt/year BDO unit shut down for scheduled turnaround on Sep 1, which plans to last for one month. Its downstream 50kt/year PTMEG plant also suspends production for turnaround and technology upgrade, which intends to be offline for near 45 days.
