China issues 4th round of crude oil import quotas

China's Ministry of Commerce has recently issued 14.89 million tons of crude oil import quotas to non-state refiners in a fourth batch of allowances for 2021. The four rounds of quotas have been all issued with a total of 177.14 million tons, down 4% year on year.

In addition, Zhejiang Petroleum and Chemical has received its 20 million tons for 2021 and is expected to receive additional quota soon.
