ICE cotton futures market surged on concerns over lower supplies of cotton and a lower dollar. Contract of Jul closed at 90.58cent/lb, up 3.25cent/lb and contract of Dec closed at 86.72cent/lb, up 1.32cent/lb.
Cotlook A Index remained unchanged at 92.3cent/lb.
