(I) Supplier to provide recommended tolerances for each specification measure which will be used to finalize specifications and to set acceptance criteria. Certificate of Analysis to be provided BEFORE each shipment.
(II) BOND PATTERN: The bond pattern is critical to the consumer experience and shall be agreed to based on visual and tactile samples. Acceptable bond patterns will be discrete patterns on approximately 190 bonds per square inch. Once a bond pattern
is agreed to, it must NOT be changed without Spencer Asset Holding’s agreement IN WRITING, and further, bond area must be closely monitored and reported.
