i’m manager for production of logistics and children’s fashion spanish company called bread with chocolate confections s-l( www.panconchocolate.com), to company located in addition to medium- high level of boutiques in europe. iâ?#8482;m looking for new suppliers for manufacturing our bulk order summer 2014 and development sample the 2014 winter collection. i’m looking for serious factories that have the highest standards of sewing process, good quality, competitive prices and delivery dates responsibility. it´s also very important for us the communication because we need to know at all time in witch phase is our manufacturing bulk order( viaand video). our moq is 300 units, and we can have orders with higher quantities, and also lower, so we need suppliers who work with us, considering to stable and future partnership, in addition to solving problems that arise all collaborative way. our way of developing the collections is forms or two types: 1- our design team to market travels fabrics and trimmings of guangzhou( january and august), which makes to selection of chinese materials sourced locally( closing price and quality), which will be used to develop the samples and the subsequent production; after that, you will have to contact with these suppliers for the purchase of materials and bulk order sample development and production. 2- our design team visits european fairs and trimmings tissue( february and september), which makes to selection of materials, which are sent to your company, so that you seek with your usual suppliers of these materials, and subsequently sent to spain to give our approval, so you can develop the collection. our company always sends the patterns( or gerber lectra system) with scaling from spain as well as to prototype and technical specifications for the development of the proper models. our collection consists of about 15 families, which are composed of 13 some references( shirts, dresses, jackets, pants, blouses, shirts, bloomers and sets) single color and 9 sizes, on average, these fabrics are woven fabrics and knitting fabrics. normally the company that works with us gets all the family, and therefore have to know how to make in good quality product to all types. our company have salesman at network of 12 5 our property and stores, so we need about 12 per model, for salesman samples. we also do physical inspections( personally i traveled to china before loading for the review of the bulk order), where we require that the quality is high, and never send goods to spain that do not have established quality standards. any models with quality standards will not have to re- manufacture, and transportation( in the case of financial loss to our company) will be the responsibility of the manufacturer. our company always buys finished product fob, output port of origin china. if you meet these requirements, we would be happy to start to long lasting business relationship with you. myaccount is: juanmanue. anka for me it is very important to communicate in english with video and audio. best regards
