6. Freight Options - Air Freight vs. Ocean Freight - Do you have the capability for Air Freight?
7. Sample Process - How does your sampling process work?
8. Lead Time - What is your production lead time? What is your sample lead time? How quickly could we have samples?
9. Quality - We are looking for a good quality product? How can you ensure quality of your product once production begins?
10. Photographs - Do you have any photographs of current items you supply?
