We are after polyester elastic with rubber/latex thread with jacqaurd, the height of the webbing is 76mm and the thickness is 3.5mm
Before we discuss our requirements, I have attached a photo of something similar to what we need to make, ’Inzer_Grip_Wrist3_Sm.jpg’ the photo is of a wrist wrap for weightlifting, it is made of elastic polyester and anti grip, please ignore the yellow material as we do not require this.
I have attached another file ’KNEE WRAPS CHARCOAL/YELLOW/GREY.jpg’ these are the colours we require you to make ur product in, you can dye the yarn according to the CMYK or pantone colours on the files, the 2 stripes on knee wraps is where we need the ant slip material (Rubber/Latex) so the knee wrap we require the rubber or latex to be grey. The two smaller strips that resembles an ’S’ is our icon and we need that jacquard in polyester webbing material.
For more information i have also send you the manufacturing process ’MANUFACTURING PROCESS KNEE WRAPS.pdf’ for the production of the knee wraps, we only require you to do the webbing process for now which includes, the polyester webbing/anti slip material and the jacquard logo.
