Peelply A100 PS 83 GSM please look at the attachments for more details, • Porous nylon peel ply. • Heat set and scoured, for use directly against laminates or bond lines. • Imparts a coarse weave pattern upon removal from the laminate. • Strips cleanly and quickly from most commercial resin systems. • Product make-up identical to A100FLOGREEN, but in white with a red tracer line spaced every 30mm. • Aerovac does not recommend the use of woven nylon fabrics with phenolic resin or pre-preg systems as acid in the catalyst can break down nylon materials. Therefore we recommend the customer conduct their own internal compatibility tests. • Aerovac does not recommend the use of woven nylon fabrics at temperatures exceeding 180ºC. Over this temperature, it is suggested that our coated nylon release fabrics (A8888 and B4444) or porous PTFE release fabric (FF03PM) be used.
