(a) When selected, after receiving Award Letter from DGDP, supplier need to submit a Bank Guarantee in Stamp - worth 10% of document value AND - it will be returned after consignment handover and as per tender schedule terms/conditions... kindly onfirm.
(b) 100% L/C, 80% at sight, 20% after successful handover of the consignment... kindly confirm.
(c) Release of our Agency Commission/expenses (will be added in L/C Value)... kindly confirm.
